As a seller, how can I sell the ticket?
As a seller, you must update the ticket’s personal data with the buyer's personal data. Once this change is made, please forward the PDF containing the updated ticket details to the buyer.
As a buyer, do I get an email once the seller has changed the name?
No, unfortunately Go&Dance doesn't send an email after the ticket's personal data has been changed. The ticket will still belong to the seller, but you can verify in our tool that the ticket now belongs to you.
As a buyer, how can I verify that the seller has changed the ticket's name?
Use the ticket validator above to confirm the change. Please note that the update may take about 5 minutes to appear.
As a seller, until when can I change the ticket name?
Ticket changes are allowed until 23rd March.
